Our Experience & Expertise
Sushma qualified in Remedial Massage therapy called Resilo Level 3 in 2017. This is a complementary therapy for physical injury and body stress. It is a unique whole-body treatment, consisting of finding and remedying, encompassing all aches and pains with an element of physiotherapy. Treatment is done of soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues); helping with muscle tension, chronic pain, headaches, osteoarthritis, blood circulation, whiplash, frozen shoulder, spinal conditions and injuries past and present. Sushma is also trained in Reiki healing.
